TESTTESTTESTLydgate Band played 66th in 2007, our record year

Oldham Band Lees are a 4th section Lydgate were 66th to play this year, a
band, yet they won the 3rd section record number of bands at Lydgate

prize. Well Done!

TESTTESTTESTTis hard work for everone on Whit Friday and they deserved a break

'You're all nicked' - for taking an unscheduled break!!
Joking apart, without the assistance of the police managing the traffic
the contest couldn't take place and with a record number of bands this year

We owe them a 'BIG THANK YOU'. Cheers guys and girls, hope you enjoyed the day.

Every year a coach driver ignores the police and makes a right hand turn from Platting road, and then some bright spark comes along and points out the obvious!
