This menu will only be served be served Wednesday – Saturday lunch from 12.00 noon – 2.15pm

Roasted celeriac soup truffle oil, focaccia bread(ve)

 Chicken and ham terrine pickled veg, mustard frill, toasted brioche

Citrus cured salmon passion fruit, radish, dill (c)

Cajun spiced cauliflower pakoras sriracha glaze, garlic and herb dipping sauce(c) (ve)


Roast turkey honey glazed carrots & parsnips, sprouts, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce(c)

Braised ox cheek mustard mash, bourguignon garnish  (c)

Pan fried stone bass crushed potatoes, samphire, fish nage  (c)

Beetroot tart white onion, thyme, rocket salad, new potatoes(v)

The full Brasserie A la Carte menu will be available in the evening throughout December and will include

traditional roast turkey and of course Christmas pudding!

Civil Ceremony Details

When you have made your provisional reservation at The White Hart, you need to contact the Superintendent Registrar at:

Chadderton Town Hall,
Middleton Road, Chadderton,
Oldham, OL9 6PP
Telephone 0161 770 8960,

Notice must then be given, in person, to the Superintendent Registrar in the area where each member of the couple lives (as soon as possible, but within 12 months of the marriage). This notice must then be collected and delivered, by a member of the couple, to the Registrar attending the ceremony, if not in the Oldham district. Only a non-religious ceremony, music and readings are permitted by the Registrar.
